Account & Registration

Go to betrupee.app/register and fill in the registration form — full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, date of birth and a password. Tick the age and terms confirmation box, then click Create Account. You will receive a verification email within 60 seconds. Click the link in that email and your BetRupee account is live. The whole process takes under two minutes.

No. BetRupee allows exactly one account per player, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and results in all accounts being permanently closed. If you have previously registered and cannot log in, use the password reset option — do not register again.

You must be at least 18 years old to register on BetRupee. This is a strict requirement and is not negotiable. BetRupee may request a copy of your CNIC at any point to verify your age, particularly before processing your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to underage players are closed immediately.

BetRupee's KYC process typically requires a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (front and back). In some cases a selfie holding your CNIC may also be requested. KYC is verified before your first withdrawal is processed. Submitting documents through your account dashboard is straightforward — the upload section is under Account Settings → Verification.

On the BetRupee login page, click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email or Pakistani mobile number and a reset link or OTP will be sent within 60 seconds. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you are not receiving the reset message, check your spam folder. Still not working? Deposits & Payments

Log in to your BetRupee account and go to the Deposit section on your dashboard. Select your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your BetRupee balance in real time. IBFT transfers take 15–30 minutes depending on your bank.

The minimum deposit on BetRupee depends on the payment method: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay — Rs 100. IBFT bank transfers — Rs 500. Visa/Mastercard — Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though VIP-tier players have higher single-transaction limits.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits that do not appear within 5 minutes are worth flagging to support. IBFT transfers can take up to 30 minutes. Before contacting support, check that the payment was completed on the sending side — an incomplete Easypaisa or JazzCash transaction will not credit your BetRupee account. If the sending side shows the transaction as successful, contact BetRupee's Live Chat with your transaction reference number and the support team will locate and credit the deposit manually.

BetRupee does not charge any deposit fees. The full amount you deposit in PKR is credited to your account. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees — for example some IBFT transfers carry a bank charge of Rs 25–50 — but BetRupee does not deduct anything on its end.

BetRupee accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion on BetRupee — your account balance is always displayed in Pakistani Rupees. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in the same name as your BetRupee account.
Withdrawals

Once your KYC verification is complete, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed in under 8 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically complete within 15–30 minutes. IBFT bank transfers take 2–4 hours depending on your bank. VIP Club members receive priority processing with guaranteed faster timeframes at Silver tier and above.

The minimum withdrawal on BetRupee is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. For IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard withdrawals the minimum is Rs 500. There is no upper limit for withdrawals, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification steps consistent with BetRupee's anti-money-laundering policy.

The most common reasons for withdrawal rejection on BetRupee are: KYC verification not yet completed, active bonus wagering requirement not yet met (bonus funds need to be rolled over before they can be withdrawn), the payment method details not matching the account name, or an unresolved account verification flag. Yes. BetRupee requires KYC verification before processing the first withdrawal from any account. This involves uploading a clear CNIC photo (front and back) through Account Settings → Verification. Completing KYC also removes any withdrawal hold on your account and can increase your daily withdrawal limit. It is worth doing this as soon as you register rather than waiting until you want to withdraw.

BetRupee does not deduct platform fees from standard withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount sent to your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account. Third-party fees (such as your bank's IBFT receiving charge) are outside BetRupee's control. For very large withdrawals, BetRupee may request additional verification documentation before processing, but this is a compliance requirement and not a fee.
Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is credited automatically to new BetRupee accounts on the first qualifying deposit. The bonus amount and percentage are shown on the Promotions page. Once credited, the bonus balance appears separately in your account alongside your real-money PKR balance. You can use the bonus across all BetRupee games. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough) means the bonus amount must be bet a certain number of times before it converts to withdrawable real-money balance. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of Rs 10,000 in bets before the bonus converts. Your dashboard shows your current wagering progress in real time. All BetRupee games contribute to meeting the requirement — specific contribution rates are in the bonus terms on the Promotions page.

BetRupee bonuses have expiry periods — if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified timeframe, the remaining bonus balance is forfeited. Bonus terms including the expiry period are shown on the Promotions page for each offer. If you believe your bonus was removed in error, contact BetRupee's support team with your account details and they will review the bonus activity log and explain exactly what occurred.

Once you have a registered BetRupee account, you can find your personal referral link or code under Account → Refer a Friend. Share it with friends. Games

Teen Patti on BetRupee follows the classic South Asian three-card game format. After logging in, go to the Teen Patti section and choose a table suited to your PKR stake level — from entry-level tables to high-stakes rooms. Place your bet, receive your three cards and compete against the dealer or other players depending on the variant. BetRupee offers multiple Teen Patti variants including Classic, Joker and variants based on Pakistani regional preferences. All games use certified random number generation.

BetRupee's Baccarat games follow the standard Punto Banco format. You bet on either the Player hand, the Banker hand or a Tie before the cards are dealt. Two hands are dealt and the hand closest to a total of 9 wins. Face cards and tens count as zero, aces as one. Winning Player bets pay 1:1, Banker bets pay 1:1 minus a 5% commission, and Tie bets pay 8:1. BetRupee offers standard Baccarat and speed variants.

BetRupee's Ludo Games use the familiar Ludo format that Pakistani players grew up with — move your pieces around the board using dice rolls — but with a real-money PKR prize pool. Different fish have different PKR values — larger, rarer fish pay more but are harder to catch. You spend bullets (each bullet costs a set PKR amount from your balance) to shoot fish. When a fish is caught, the payout is added to your balance. Different tables have different bullet costs and maximum win limits.

Responsible Gaming

For longer exclusions, "Self-Exclusion" allows 3 months up to permanent closure. Both take effect immediately and cannot be reversed mid-period. Under Account Settings → Responsible Gaming you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits and loss limits.
