BetRupee Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and BetRupee ("BetRupee", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on or using any part of the BetRupee website at betrupee.app, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any service offered by BetRupee. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. BetRupee will notify registered players of material changes by email or in-platform notification.

These Terms apply to all BetRupee services including but not limited to Teen Patti, Baccarat, Ludo Games, Fishing Games, the VIP Club, the Refer a Friend programme and all promotions. Additional terms specific to individual promotions are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms when accepted.

BetRupee is strictly an 18+ platform. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. BetRupee does not permit underage gaming under any circumstances. Age verification is required during account registration and BetRupee reserves the right to request documentation at any time to confirm a player's age.

To be eligible to create and use a BetRupee account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are accessing BetRupee voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment.
• You are not prohibited by any law applicable to you from participating in online gaming.
• You are registering and using the platform in your own name — not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have not previously had a BetRupee account that was suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or affiliate of BetRupee or any company directly associated with BetRupee's operations.

If BetRupee determines at any point that an account was created by or for an underage person, the account will be immediately closed, all funds in the account will be forfeited and the matter will be escalated as required.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on BetRupee. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variant of your name, or any other identity — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and all associated funds being forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid phone number and a functioning email address. BetRupee will use this information to verify your identity, process payments and communicate account-related notices. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetRupee login credentials. All bets placed and actions taken from your account are your responsibility, whether or not you authorised them. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact BetRupee support immediately. BetRupee is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login details.

BetRupee reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

BetRupee accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All BetRupee account balances are denominated in PKR and all transactions — deposits, withdrawals, winnings and bonuses — are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion involved at any stage.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on BetRupee:

• Easypaisa — instant deposit, minimum Rs 100
• JazzCash — instant deposit, minimum Rs 100
• NayaPay — instant deposit, minimum Rs 100
• SadaPay — instant deposit, minimum Rs 100
• IBFT Bank Transfer — 1–4 hours processing, minimum Rs 500
• Visa / Mastercard (Pakistani-issued bank cards) — 5–30 minutes, minimum Rs 200

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. BetRupee does not accept third-party deposits — any deposit identified as coming from a payment method not registered in the BetRupee account holder's name will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

BetRupee does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside BetRupee's control. BetRupee is not responsible for payment delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

BetRupee is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. Standard processing times for real-money balance withdrawals are under 8 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and 2–4 hours for IBFT bank transfers. VIP Club members receive priority processing with guaranteed timeframes based on their tier.

Before processing a first withdrawal, BetRupee requires all players to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A clear copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back.
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC beside your face.
• Proof that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., screenshot of Easypaisa account showing matching name and number).

KYC documents should be submitted through your BetRupee account dashboard or via the support team. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document receipt. BetRupee may request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where there is any discrepancy in the information provided.

The minimum withdrawal amount on BetRupee is Rs 200. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for standard accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification. Players are permitted to withdraw up to their available real-money balance at any time, subject to any active wagering requirements on bonus funds. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first be converted to real-money balance by meeting the applicable wagering requirement.

BetRupee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and must be read before accepting any bonus. General bonus rules that apply across all BetRupee promotions are set out below.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following standard conditions apply to all BetRupee bonuses:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before any winnings generated from bonus funds become withdrawable as real money.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account when the bonus expires.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Teen Patti and Baccarat contribute 100% toward wagering. Ludo Games and Fishing Games contribute at the rate specified in each promotion's terms.
• BetRupee reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts or through any form of exploitation.

BetRupee's VIP Club cashback is subject to a 1× wagering requirement — the simplest condition applied to any BetRupee bonus type. Referral bonuses credited through the Refer a Friend programme are subject to a 3× wagering requirement.

BetRupee's games are operated using certified random number generation systems that have been independently audited for fairness. The outcome of all games is determined in real time and is not subject to manipulation by BetRupee or any third party.

Specific rules for each game category — Teen Patti, Baccarat, Ludo Games and Fishing Games — are published within each game's dedicated section on BetRupee. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. BetRupee's customer support team can clarify game rules on request before a bet is placed.

All bets placed on BetRupee are final once confirmed. BetRupee does not accept requests to reverse, cancel or modify confirmed bets except in the following limited circumstances: where a provable technical malfunction on BetRupee's systems caused the bet to be placed incorrectly, or where a game round is voided following an independently verified system error. In either case, the bet stake is returned to the player's real-money balance.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. BetRupee is not liable for bet outcomes affected by connectivity issues on the player's side. If a player's connection drops mid-game, the game engine will continue to run according to its programmed rules and the result will be recorded as final.

BetRupee maintains a strict commitment to fair play across all games and services. The following activities are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any BetRupee game, including sharing hands, coordinating bets or any form of team play in individual game formats.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access and use your BetRupee account, or accessing and using another player's account.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one BetRupee account for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent a suspension.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting BetRupee's bonus system through low-risk hedging strategies, churning deposits purely to meet wagering requirements or any strategy designed to convert bonus funds with minimal genuine gaming risk.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to play BetRupee games or interact with the platform.
• Fraud: Chargebacks, false payment disputes, using stolen payment credentials or any other fraudulent financial activity.
• Money laundering: Using BetRupee for any purpose connected with the movement, concealment or processing of illicitly obtained funds.

BetRupee's security and fraud team monitors accounts and gameplay patterns continuously. Detection of any prohibited activity will trigger an immediate account hold while investigation is completed. Players found in violation will not be entitled to withdrawal of any funds held in the account at the time of suspension.

BetRupee's VIP Club operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Every registered BetRupee account automatically enters the VIP Club at Bronze level. Tier progression is based on loyalty points accumulated through real-money betting activity. Bonus balance wagers do not contribute toward VIP points. VIP tier status is assessed on a rolling 90-day basis. BetRupee reserves the right to adjust, modify or discontinue any element of the VIP Club programme at any time. Players will receive reasonable notice of any material changes to their VIP tier benefits.

The BetRupee Refer a Friend programme pays Rs 500 to the referring player for each new player who registers using the referral link and completes a first deposit. The following conditions apply:

• The referred player must be a genuinely new BetRupee user — not an existing account holder, and not a player who has previously held a closed BetRupee account.
• Self-referral (referring yourself through a second account) is prohibited and constitutes a violation of the multiple-account rule.
• Referral rewards are credited within 5 minutes of the referred player's first qualifying deposit being confirmed.
• Referral bonuses are subject to a 3× wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• BetRupee reserves the right to withhold referral rewards where it determines that the referral was made in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

BetRupee takes responsible gaming seriously as a matter of genuine commitment — not merely as a compliance requirement. The platform provides a comprehensive set of tools that every registered player can activate at any time from their account dashboard without contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on total deposits. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced instantly — increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for daily, weekly or monthly periods. When a limit is reached, further play is automatically paused for the remainder of that period.
• Session time alerts: Set a reminder that appears after a defined period of continuous play, prompting you to take a break.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your net win/loss position for the current session.
• Self-exclusion: Lock your BetRupee account for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the chosen exclusion period.

BetRupee collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, process payments, verify player identity and comply with applicable legal obligations. The types of data collected include registration information, KYC documentation, payment information, gameplay records and device and connection data.

BetRupee does not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies where required by law. BetRupee reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account where there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms have been violated, where a legal or regulatory obligation requires it, or where BetRupee determines in its reasonable judgement that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or to other players.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, BetRupee will complete its review within a reasonable timeframe. Players will be informed of the outcome and, where suspension is found to be unjustified, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. Where a violation is confirmed, BetRupee may withhold all or part of the account balance depending on the nature of the violation.

Players may voluntarily close their BetRupee account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balance that has not yet met its wagering requirement will be forfeited on voluntary closure.

BetRupee provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. BetRupee will not be liable for losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled downtime beyond the refund of any stakes that were placed but could not be settled due to a system outage.

BetRupee is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform — including, but not limited to, lost profits, emotional distress or financial losses beyond the amount of funds held in your BetRupee account at the time of any incident.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits BetRupee's liability for matters where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

BetRupee may update these Terms at any time. Material changes — those that affect player rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus rules or game fairness standards — will be communicated to registered players by email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Minor updates such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or additions that expand (rather than restrict) player rights may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision regardless of whether it constitutes a material change.

If you object to any change to these Terms, your remedy is to close your BetRupee account before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of BetRupee's service, please submit it to our support team in the first instance. BetRupee will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a full response within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, BetRupee's management team will conduct a final review and issue a binding decision within 14 days of escalation.

BetRupee is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them, are governed by the rules and principles applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. Players who are not satisfied with a final decision may seek independent mediation through a recognised dispute resolution service.
